Issues With Your Vend?

If your product didn’t vend properly this is what you need to do:
Email or text us on 1-888-406-8011 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
1) Your location
2) Time and Date of Transaction
3) The last 4 digits of your card
4) A photo of the issue (e.g. Mask stuck in machine)
5) Your name and email address to send an e-transfer.
Once we have that information, we will investigate the issue within 24-48 hours.
