If your product didn’t vend properly this is what you need to do:

Email or text us on 1-888-406-8011 or email us at with the following information:

  • 1) Your location

  • 2) Time and Date of Transaction

  • 3) The last 4 digits of your card

  • 4) A photo of the issue (e.g. Mask stuck in machine)

  • 5) Your name and email address to send an e-transfer.

Once we have that information, we will investigate the issue within 24-48 hours.
